The Shop at The Broad offers returns for most items in их original condition within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please note that exhibition-specific merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our return processing center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
